Shipping times are estimates only and are subject to postal service delays. Please appreciate that the pandemic is still causing a lot of disruption across the globe. Queues at customs are also longer than normal. 

Postal services are extremely busy October-December so please allow additional time when ordering at this time of year.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted at the sellers discretion.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Whilst I am happy to cancel an order IF I see the request in time, the majority of my time is spent away from the computer packing orders. I only go through messages once I am up to date on orders.
